What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of smautomateai.com. They do not govern any services we provide to you as a client — those are set out in a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, and responsibilities. Where the two conflict, the service agreement takes precedence.
The information on this site
The guidance, comparisons, and research on this site are published in good faith and for general information. They are not professional, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for looking at your own numbers.
Two specific points, because they matter more than the rest:
- The calculator produces estimates, not predictions. The missed-call revenue calculator applies a published formula to figures you enter. Its output is a model of what unanswered calls may be worth, based on your assumptions. It is not a forecast, not a guarantee of recoverable revenue, and not a promise of any result from working with us.
- Third-party figures are labelled. Where we cite industry statistics we grade how well-sourced they are, on our research page. We do not warrant figures published by others.
No guarantee of results
Nothing on this site is a promise of increased revenue, booking rate, or business outcome. Results from call-handling systems depend on your call volume, market, technician capacity, pricing, and close rate — none of which we control. Any vendor in this category promising a specific revenue outcome is overstating what they can know.
Third-party names and trade marks
We reference third-party products — including ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, and others — to describe how our system connects to them. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners. Reference does not imply partnership, certification, endorsement, or affiliation, and we do not claim any. Where an integration depends on a third party granting API access, that is their decision and not something we can commit to on your behalf.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or misuse the chat widget to generate content unrelated to our services. The chat widget is rate limited; sustained abuse will be blocked.
Content ownership
The text, research, and calculator on this site are ours. You are welcome to quote or cite them with attribution and a link — we would rather be cited than copied. Republishing pages wholesale is not permitted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information published on this site, from decisions made using the calculator, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
